VIK Height-Adjustable Desk System – Intelligent Movement, Everyday Well-Being 

The VIK Desk System is designed to promote health, flexibility, and ergonomic performance in modern work environments. 

Engineered to support both seated and standing work, VIK responds to the growing need for adaptable, user-focused workstations—enhancing comfort, productivity, and overall well-being throughout the workday. 

Available as individual desks or face-to-face bench workstations, VIK combines advanced electric technology with clean, architectural design. 

Design & Structure 

The VIK system features a robust iron frame with 2-stage telescopic legs, ensuring smooth, stable height adjustment. 

A symmetrical structure supports visual balance and functional consistency across all configurations. 

Worktops are manufactured from 18 mm thick particle board (density 690 kg/m³) with a 2 mm ABS edge, offering durability and a refined finish. 

Top alignment options: 

● 120 cm tops – perfectly flush with the frame 

● 140 / 160 / 180 cm tops – 3.5 cm overhang 

● 200 cm tops – 13 cm overhang 

Electric Height Adjustment & Controls 

VIK is equipped with a 2-stage electric lifting system, operated via a programmable keypad mounted discreetly beneath the worktop. 

● Programmable hand switch stores up to 4 height positions 

● Transformer positioned outside the beam powers the actuators ● Electric actuators enable smooth vertical movement 

● Integrated anti-collision system protects users and surroundings, with adjustable sensitivity

This intelligent system allows effortless transitions between sitting and standing positions, encouraging healthier working habits. 

Bench & Face-to-Face Workstations 

Beyond individual desks, VIK offers face-to-face bench configurations, ideal for collaborative environments. 

● Ground-supported columns without feet 

● “H-shaped” structural design, with columns joined by a reinforcing beam ● Maintains the same technical performance and adjustment capabilities as single desks 

Bench workstations can be enhanced with a telescopic metal cable tray with removable lid, finished to match the desk structure. 

Screens & Cable Management 

VIK supports a wide range of front screen solutions, mounted via metal brackets: 

● Type A: 18 mm melamine-faced particle board, 1 mm ABS edge ● Type B: Same as Type A, with upper metal profile 

● Type C: Acoustic panel – 12 mm board + double-sided sponge + fabric (30 mm total thickness) 

Cable management options include: 

● PVC grommets or aluminium rectangular modular grommets 

● Translucent vertical cable ducts fixed to top or cable tray 

● Plastic cable ducts (Type A) 

● 30 mm PET mesh sleeves in white or black, cut to size on site (Type B)
