Pricing & Orders

• Prices are in Euro (€) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
• Prices may change without notice, but confirmed orders remain at the agreed price.
• Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours by contacting info@abra.com.mt or +356 9955 8822.

Delivery & Collection

• Pickup: ABRA Showroom, Attard (Mon–Fri 09:00–18:00).
• Delivery fees: Orders under €400: €35 Malta / €50 Gozo. Orders over €400: Free.
• Delivery dates are estimates only.
• Standard delivery is ground floor only. Upper-floor delivery must be pre-arranged and may incur additional charges.
• Customer must ensure safe, unobstructed access for delivery.

Returns

• Returns must follow ABRA’s Return Policy (available online).
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, unless defective.

Warranty Coverage
Task Chairs:

• 2 years on fabric or leather.
• 5 years on mechanical components.

Office Furniture:

• 5 years on melamine and metal parts.

Warranty Terms
Warranty covers manufacturing defects only. Does not cover:

• Misuse, negligence, improper handling or irregular seating.
• Normal wear and tear, discoloration, fabric softening, scratches.
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications.
• Environmental damage (humidity, heat, sunlight, chemicals).

ABRA’s liability is limited to repair or replacement of the defective part at our discretion.
Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

Provide: proof of purchase, description/photos of defect, product model/serial number (if applicable).
ABRA reserves the right to inspect items before approving any claim.

Product Variations
Colours, finishes and materials may vary slightly due to lighting, screens or manufacturing updates. These variations are not considered defects.

Privacy
Personal data is handled according to ABRA’s Privacy Policy (available online).

General
ABRA may update these terms at any time. All conditions governed by Maltese law.
